Job description:
- Market and competitors resreach.
- Deploy marketing campaigns.
- Carry out product optimization based on data analysis.
- Take part in the product development process, including: design wireframe, create product description, introduction video, tutorial video, email…
- Create go-to-market plan for new product.
- Support customers through email/chat/phone.
- Work with technical team to solve customers’s problems.
- Collect insight from customer to improve product quality.
- Working in IT, e-commerce environment.
Not required, but preferred candidates:
- 1 year experience of marketing.
- Experience working with US/UK customers.
- Basic knowledge about UI/UX.
- Being able to use web-based customer support applications (Zendesk, Crisp, Freshdesk…)
- Experience working with e-commerce platform such as Shopify,etc.
- Applicants without experience will be trained.

Requirement:
- 6.5-8.0 IELTS or equivalence, ability to communicate with USA customers via phone or online meeting.
- Sufficient teamwork skills.
- Responsibility for the job.
